I highly recommned Jimyz for their quick and friendly service. My starter failed n Friday morning while I was on a weekend trip in the area. I called Jimyz based on nothing but the fact that they were open and had a good review online. AAA took my car there and they did not require that I personally come to the shop, but took the info over the phone. Knowing i was planning to leave town Sunday, they got me right in and were able to fix the problem by mid-afternoon Friday. then they took my payment info over the phone and left my keys in a lockbox for me. Result: I did not miss any of the fun on my trip, I got my car back promptly, and I was able to go home as planned. Lisa kept me informed as things progressed and was extremely friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area, they would be my go-to auto shop.

Team is awesome & always resolves concerns about my vehicle. Lisa made a huge impression as I was waiting for a routine appointment. The desk became inundated with phone calls & customers with emergencies. She handled everything & everyone beautifully. Everyone was taken care of, left with smiles, issues resolved. Lisa never showed frustration & was extremely thorough, kind & courteous. Refreshing!

On Wednesday I broke down 70 miles from home and ended up at Jimyzautomotive in Streetsboro I drive 60,000 miles a year, I've had a lot of experience with repair shops, this shop is the best I ever had, polite, professional and experienced . Very kind people who really care about their customers and the vehicle they drive. They took care of my 93S10 with kid gloves. Great price outstanding and quality work. Purchased supplies to change my oil; got home and began. Oil drain plug was fused on; then stripped trying to remove. Called Jimyz’s and they got me in “ON THE SPOT.” Changed oil and replaced the oil drain plug. Great Service... thanks guys! Michael
