Would not recommend. Jimmy (the owner) refuses to speak to customers face to face or even over the phone despite customer request. He insists on having his secretary answer all questions and concerns now who unfortunately is very rude, unprofessional, and ill informed. I recently bought brand new (supposedly) all season tires that went bad and needed to be replaced at 20,000 miles which is unheard of. These tires were specifically recommended to me by Jimmy who claimed they were excellent tires. When I brought my car in to discuss with Jimmy he refused to speak to me about it and deferred everything to Lisa the secretary who was less than helpful and kept calling me by the wrong name. When going over other tire options she didn’t know the difference between an all season tire and a snow tire and openly told me she’s ordered the wrong tires for customers in the past. They refused to give me a refund for previous faulty tires. Would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. Currently filing a complaint with the BBB. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Very frustrating and disappointing. Big safety concern.
Where to start.... Brittany purchased a set of tires a couple years ago. They were rated by the manufacturer to last 45,000 miles. That was the last time she came in for service. She recently contacted the shop indicating the tires were wearing too fast. She brought the vehicle by and we did in fact confirm the tires were not going to make it to 45,000 miles They currently have 20,000 miles on them, and when they are officially at 2mm tread depth, I estimated she would have about 22,000 miles on the tire. I offered to give Brittany credit for 50% of the cost of the tires towards a replacement tire. After all, she used them for 20,000 miles. I believe she just wanted me to cut her a check to reimburse her, and I am pretty confident there is not shop within 1000 miles that would. Additionally, I told her I would need proof that she rotated the tires after the purchase to be eligible for the credit, and that never happened. If she never rotated the tires, that could easily explain why they wore out so fast. In regards to me letting Lisa handle the situation...thats her job. And quite frankly, my customers seem to love her. Here is a recent review we received. Review: Team is awesome & always resolves concerns about my vehicle. Lisa made a huge impression as I was waiting for a routine appointment. The desk became inundated with phone calls & customers with emergencies. She handled everything & everyone beautifully. Everyone was taken care of, left with smiles, issues resolved. Lisa never showed frustration & was extremely thorough, kind & courteous. Refreshing! This is his/her's personal opinion about Your shop: "Always grateful for the team to ensure my vehicle is at it's best. I watched Lisa shine the day I was waiting for an oil change & brake job. She became EXTREMELY busy but never missed a beat, took care of every call & customer & was noticeably so kind & courteous to everyone! It was a treat to watch. You all are the BEST!!" I believe the only way Brittany was going to be happy was if she got what she wanted. In this situation, her expectations were unrealistic. The 50% credit offer still stands, so does the request of proof of proper maintenance. Jim
