OVERPRICED !!!

David, Thank you for the feedback, and I do appreciate the business. That being said, our process always has been and always will be to inspect your vehicle, and follow up with you to discuss our recommendations for repairs, including what it will cost to complete those repairs. You have every right to say no to our recommendations. People come to us because we do a good job and the repairs are completed in a timely fashion. They do not come to us thinking we are the cheapest game in town.

They were great. I got the tires I wanted and even accommodated me when I lost the special lug attachment for my tires. They where willing to push my appointment back an hour for me to obtain one. Thank you for the great service and answering all my questions.

This place is a joke they rip you off tell you lies and expect you to believe it. Maybe they should learn how to b******* before they try bullshiting a bullshiter no stars

I'm not even sure how to respond to this. If you do not like the news I give you, it doesn't mean I am lying. There is no disputing the fact that you had extremely low compression on one cylinder. If you can get a repair shop to dispute my claim, I will gladly refund your money and throw an extra $100 on top of it for the aggravation. And I feel silly saying this because you are an experienced technician, but the next step for compression loss in your case is to remove the cylinder head to find out what failed. If you expected me to just randomly guess what the issue was without removing the cylinder head, you came to the wrong place. There are plenty of guys on Craigs List that can do that for free.

I am from out of town, but I was looking to buy a used van. I took the vehicle to Jimyz Automotive and they did a full detailed inspection. They gave me an honest detailed report and advised me not to purchase the van, saving me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful. Lisa the office manager was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and really took care of us as we waited. I know that if I every find another used car near Streetsboro Ohio, I will be well taken care of.
