Have been going to Jimmyz for about 7 years, best staff ever! Very friendly, honest and quick! 5 stars isn't even a high enough rating. Love the way they keep in touch with their customers. I had my car worked on around Valentines Day and when i picked it up their was a small box of chocolates in it thanking me for my service. You will never get that anywhere else!

If you are in Streetsboro, or anywhere near, go to Jimyz. I called before purchasing a used car to ask them to check it out. Not only did they give me an incredibly honest assessment, they also gave me tips on future maintenance of the vehicle. Thanks to these guys, I was able to go back to the owner and get a better deal on the car! The customer service was stellar, and they had me in and out in half an hour, feeling confident about my car purchase. Go to Jimyz.

Very accommodating and polite. A business that actually still cares about the customer. I had my A/C compressor stop working and they tried every option before replacing the compressor to ensure it wasn't something cheaper that could fix it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who asks!

As nice and curtious Steve was (behind the counter) I came in to get a front end alignment and I wasn't sure if I needed new tires or not.. so they do the alignment THEN tell me I need new tires... what is that? Look at the tires THEN tell me I need an alignment and I would have came back for one!!! They gave me a 600 dollar estimate for 4 tires (mind you they leave theirs out in the sun!!!) and told me if I got new ones they would see if I needed another alignment for free, but not give me a discount or anything for taking my money by giving me that unneeded alignment. Got tires from Goodyear and need a new alignment and I am not going back there since he lied to me and ripped me off... too bad too I thought they were going to be honest

I just had my car serviced at Jimyz for the first time, and I'm extremely impressed. The staff is extremely helpful and happy for your business. Steve walked me through the process for my current repair and helped me prioritize maintenance for the future. It's so hard these days to find an auto repair place that seems happy to have your business and will give you the straight dope regarding your car. While I live in the area I'll likely go to Jimyz for whatever I need done in the future.
