They treated my old rust-bucket Jeep like any other customer's car. It was done on time, UNDER estimate and gave me a free loaner to get back to work in. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repair. Professional and affordable, you can't get any better than that. Two big thumbs up.

Amazing customer service!!! First of all when the owner actually talks with you personally is not exactly seen anymore...the front desk lady was very welcoming and the complimentary muffin and coffee makes you want to visit again. The coupon for my next visit is always a plus and the warranty on the work is unheard of. I will definitely be making Jimyz my automotive service shop from now on. Thanks again!!!

Being female, I've experienced auto shops & dealerships in the past, that unfortunately, try to take advantage of our lack of car knowledge- by trying to add unnecessary repairs to the bill. At Jimyz, they send u emails, a link to ur cars specific diagnostic report & pictures that their technicians take, of your car parts/areas that are in need of attention, so u can see for yourself & understand why or what needs to be done. It doesn’t get much more honest & thorough than that! The entire team at Jimyz always goes above & beyond with customer service! In my eyes, it’s all about quality & trust, & they have both, plus so much more at Jimyz!
