Well it won't let me give a zero star. Owner lies and if you are not going to get work done there they don't want to help. Also guy at front desk talk very condescending to you.
Please understand I accept reviews of any level. I gauge our performance in no small part on reviews. Sadly, i just got this review on a car we did not even work on. The customer put his own struts on to remedy a noise, but the noise was still there. They brought it to us to look at it, and I charged them about $40 to inspect the noise, and my tech determined the noise appeared to be coming from one of the struts that were just installed by the customer. Now since they bought the parts at Amazon, Amazon wants to know what specifically is causing the noise. So to break that strut down is going to cost additional money. The customer didn't want to hear that, and I also told the customer I wasn't going to guarantee in writing what specifically on the strut assembly was defective unless we took it apart. So again, we didn't service the vehicle in question. This is a classic example of why repair shops cringe when it comes to dealing with individuals that try to fix their own cars. We have done it in the past, but I have learned my lesson. All of the reviews posted here are legit. I have worked very hard to maintain the high rating we have, and my team will continue to do so going forward.
