I have taken both of my cars there, and continue to receive an honest diagnosis, in a timely manner, and a good price. This is after another shop misdiagnosed an issue, Jimyz diagnosed the real issue, and saved me thousands (sounds to good to be true, but it was a matter of a relay vs a catalytic converter).

A++ Highly recommend. Great service and even better prices, came in about $400 under all other shops in the area. Used the loaner program as well! Went in for a fuel injector replacement and no up sale or unneeded repairs recommended like most places do. Overall very delightful experience and loved finding the free pack off gum with a thank you note in my car. Thanks again and I will be bringing my other car up soon!

Im Mike owner of residential roofing company. When my "office", 2006 Chevy 2500hd had a critical transmission overheating issue I took it to Jimmys Automotive in Streetsboro. The loaner they let me use (Scion), was perfect for the hour long rides to the job sites. Without it my business and crew wouldn't have been able to work our jobs. When my Trucks transmission started overheating out the blue, and started slipping with error codes flashing, I was extreemly stressed. Literally made my heart ache. Jimmy's Automotive saved my transmission, and had my Truck home in less than 34 hours. Blessed to have Jimmy's Automotive as my Trucks doctor from now on.

My blower for my heat in my SUV had went out. Jimyz were able to fix it for a reasonable price. Although my car was down Jimyz made sure I was still able to get around because they have loaner cars. So I didn't have to depend on nobody for a ride and I was able to get my kids to school and daycare as well as get myself to work. Although my Vehicle needs other work done Jimyz made me aware of that but didn't force me to get it fixed like most shops would have. They're nice and friendly men and make sure they get the job done correctly and in a timely manner

Well it won't let me give a zero star. Owner lies and if you are not going to get work done there they don't want to help. Also guy at front desk talk very condescending to you.

Please understand I accept reviews of any level. I gauge our performance in no small part on reviews. Sadly, i just got this review on a car we did not even work on. The customer put his own struts on to remedy a noise, but the noise was still there. They brought it to us to look at it, and I charged them about $40 to inspect the noise, and my tech determined the noise appeared to be coming from one of the struts that were just installed by the customer. Now since they bought the parts at Amazon, Amazon wants to know what specifically is causing the noise. So to break that strut down is going to cost additional money. The customer didn't want to hear that, and I also told the customer I wasn't going to guarantee in writing what specifically on the strut assembly was defective unless we took it apart. So again, we didn't service the vehicle in question. This is a classic example of why repair shops cringe when it comes to dealing with individuals that try to fix their own cars. We have done it in the past, but I have learned my lesson. All of the reviews posted here are legit. I have worked very hard to maintain the high rating we have, and my team will continue to do so going forward.
