This place is awesome the owner is friendly prices are fair and they are honest. The added personal touch really does make a difference. They are a local business, they care so much about customer satisfaction, and unlike other places they really care about their customers! Worth the 25 minute drive.

They got my car in without an appointment. Made the repairs I wanted, found shotty work performed by the dealer- I agree with their diagnosis- and repaired that too. All for less money than I thought the origainal repair would cost.

jason, Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad we were able to help you. We try not to say no to any customer if we can avoid it, we take pride in getting the cars in and out as quick as possible. Nobody wants to hear that it will be two weeks before their car can be serviced.

Jim got my work van in RT away on a tow in.. Gave me loaner.. Saved me.. Great to deal with very fair.. Runs his business and employees very well.. Seemed have very certified people.. Rt equipment.. I recommend.. He won't Rip you off ever.. Go to him first

I took my 2013 hyundai for an oil change and a diagnosis on a bad sound in my steering column. Jim and his team finally figured out that a bushing was the.culprit. while they were fixing it, Jim gave me a loner car to go do what I needed to do. I so appreciated that. Also he took care of my youngest daughters car the same day to get it safe for the road. Thank you to everyone who helped us out! We recommend Jimyz automotive for your car service needs!

Kept telling me how great they are untill less than a week after changing the brake rotors and pads, the brakes got loose and had to go to another autoshop. I do not recommend this place.

Not sure how to respond to this. If telling my customers we are one of the highest rated shops in the area and we do a great job is bragging, then I'm guilty as charged. The customer is posting this review under a different name, and since I never received a phone call that there was an issue, I just question how accurate this is. My brake jobs are not the cheapest in town, so if there was an issue, I certainly would have stood behind the repair with our Napa Warranty. If you have documentation from another repair shop that our repair was flawed, please bring it to me so we can discuss reimbursement.
